Pinhal da Paz (aka locally as Mata das Criações) is a Nature Reserve and Recreation Park comprising a wide variety of flora and fauna, playgrounds, BBQ, tables and benches.
As part of the wonderful Nature Park of Pinhal da Paz, it overlooks a wide range of the town of Ponta Delgada and both the north and the south coasts.
