Visit various museums and interpretation centers that have you travel to the past, through the past life experiences of the island. In the Oficina Museu, you will get to know ancient traditions and crafts of the people of S. Miguel, some of which remain to this day.

In the Center of Interpretation of the Pineapple Culture, you can discover the entire process of producing the king fruit. Then visit the greenhouses with different production times.

At Ginetes, visit Quinta das Raiadas, where true communion with the earth can happen: plant ancestral plants, knead and bake homemade bread, and even milk a cow! The carriage rides are also a delight.
